You can ask us to delete your FocusCommit account and all the data synced to our servers at any time. Send the request from the email address you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We confirm by email once the deletion is done.
How to delete your account
- Cancel any subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel billing. Cancel in the App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store or through Paddle: see how to cancel a FocusCommit membership.
- Email contact@focuscommit.com from the email address you sign in with (Google or Microsoft), with the subject “Delete my FocusCommit account”.
- We delete your account and reply to confirm.
- To remove the data stored on a device, uninstall FocusCommit from that device.
What we delete
- Your FocusCommit account and sign-in record
- Your synced projects, tasks, tags, repeating tasks, challenges, goals and settings
- Your Pomodoro history and reports
- Your entries on the leaderboard
- Your Premium status in FocusCommit
Payment records are kept by the store or reseller you paid (Apple, Google, Microsoft, Paddle or AppSumo) under their own policies. We can’t delete those for you.
If you signed in with both a Google and a Microsoft account, they are two separate FocusCommit accounts. List both addresses in your email if you want both deleted.

Does deleting my account cancel my subscription?

Will I lose Premium if I delete my account?
Yes. Premium is linked to your account, so a Lifetime license or an active subscription stops working in FocusCommit once the account is deleted.
Can I delete only my Pomodoro history or one project?
You can delete projects and tasks yourself inside the app, and the deletion syncs to your other devices. To remove everything stored on our servers, request account deletion.
